Looking forward for the standardization of an adequate technique to implement in vitro tissue cultures of Physalis peruviana Linneo., (Cape goldberry), three culture media where designed to 50W leaf material from three different ecotypes of this promissory species distributed in the towns of labio and Cota (Cundinamarca) and Villa de Leyva (Boyacá). lhree culture media where prepared based on the Murashige & Skoog media, each one of them showing different Kinetin, Auxin and Gibberelin concentrations, and a basal salt concentration of 4,7 gL1, the one with a concentration of 0,3 mglLof Kinetin; 0,1 glLof SA and 0,3 gIL of AA was the only one that allowed the formation of calluses and plantelet in the vegetable material.
